Renma Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Renma is a manga reading companion app. This Privacy Policy describes how Renma accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes user data.

2. Data we may collect

• Google sign-in information such as email address, display name, photo URL, and Firebase UID when you connect your account.
• Cloud sync data such as library entries, history, bookmarks, reading progress, and sync metadata.
• Notification device registration data if you enable push notifications.
• Premium checkout and transaction metadata used to process premium access and payment verification.
• Advertising-related data handled by integrated ad SDKs when ads are shown to free users.
• Operational logs and diagnostics used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability.

3. How we use data

• To authenticate users and maintain account sessions.
• To sync reading activity and library data across devices.
• To deliver notifications requested by the user.
• To manage premium status, billing verification, and fraud prevention.
• To improve reliability, security, and service quality.
• To show ads in supported parts of the free experience.

4. Third-party services

Renma may use third-party providers such as Google Firebase, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics or logging tools, and ad SDKs. These services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

Renma does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to run authentication, sync, notifications, billing, infrastructure, abuse prevention, or advertising features.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and security. Users may request deletion of account-linked cloud data through the public account deletion page or by contacting support.
